Kelli Kombat, PCC (pronouns: she/her/hers) is a passionate DEI executive and coach. Her previous experience includes working in Human Resources at Ford Motor Company, L’Ore´al and Volvo Car USA. Prior to her career in HR, she was an on-air broadcasting personality in Virginia. Career coaching is to Kelli like water is to life! Kelli was certified in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance (LCOP) at Rutgers University through ICF and holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential. She specializes in coaching clients navigating career transition, burnout and imposter syndrome. A coach who is eternally curious and kind, Kelli created a coaching business 7 years ago called R.I.C.H. (Resources in Coaching Happiness). She is also a certified DEI coach and a host for a variety of workshops to help early and mid-career professionals to find their own voices. Kelli serves as Director, DEI on the board for the International Coaching Federation (ICF) New Jersey Charter Chapter. In her spare time, Kelli loves to devour documentaries by the dozens, attend concerts and edit photos.
