Kathryn interviews Michelle Causton MBA. As companies rapidly integrate generative AI technology to boost productivity and reduce costs; efforts to manage the risks of AI are lagging. According to Michelle Causton, an MBA and a seasoned ethics expert dedicated to guiding businesses on integrating AI technology ethically, there is a clear line between using AI to assist with work and using it to pass off AI-generated content as one's own. This distinction is critical as AI continues to develop, and its applications in business and beyond must be examined through an ethical lens. Her insights are relevant for business leaders, managers, educators, and anyone interested in the ethical use of AI technology.
