Raz Ingrasci and Ed McClune
Raz Ingrasci is the President and CEO of the Hoffman Institute, known for presenting The Hoffman Process (www.hoffmaninstitute.org). This amazing program is now offered in eleven countries.
For the past 22 years, Raz has worked alongside his colleagues to evolve the Hoffman method to its current, most effective form. Independent research by the University of California recently published in a peer-review journal showed that the Hoffman Process consistently produces more positive, lasting change in participants than anything else that has appeared in the research literature worldwide.
Ed McClune is the Supervising Process Teacher at the Hoffman Institute. As a Hoffman teacher, Ed has a desire to bring the healing of the Process to individuals who are making an impact in their communities. “When leaders are able to bring the growth and values from the Process into our institutions, everyone involved, employees, colleagues, customers and their families all benefit.”
In addition to being a Process Teacher, Ed has an MA in Psychology and is licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California. Ed also has over 25 years of radio personality experience.
