Episode Description
The dictionary defines courage as "the ability to do something that you know is difficult or dangerous" or "mental or moral strength to venture, persevere, and withstand danger, fear, or difficulty." While we agree with this definition, we also feel that there's so much more to courage. It can take courage to do the things that we're all uncertain about whether or not they may be difficult or dangerous. Yes, it takes mental and moral strength to venture into the unknown, but it also takes strength of heart, and trust in ourselves and the Universe. Courage can show up in many ways. And in any one of those ways, our choosing courage, no matter how big, or small, is worth celebrating. Join us this week as we discuss the value that courage brings forward for us. And we'll discuss ways in which we can all cultivate our own courage right now. We look forward to you joining us!
Communicating from the Heart: The Empowered Mother Daughter Relationship
Archives Available on VoiceAmerica Empowerment Channel
Our goal is to educate and coach women on healthy, loving and fulfilling mother-daughter relationships. From the day we became a family, Elizabeth, Danielle, and Melissa have been a team. Together, we have experienced challenge and heartache, joy and celebration. Throughout it all, we have maintained an honest, caring, open relationship with one another. We have experienced times of anger, jealousy, and sadness just like any other family, yet we have maintained a deep faith in the love we have for one another. Our intention with this radio show is to share honestly and openly our experiences in the hopes that it may help you grow into the honesty and openness of whom you truly are.
