Mama Dukes (Lesha Cuttaia) and Frankie (Frankie Holmes)

Hello FHF Family! I’m Mama Dukes and I would like to introduce myself and why I do what I do. Frankie is my son, and it wasn't easy watching him try to get help over the years. I walked away from a great paying career fifteen years ago to SAVE MY SON! I went back to school to learn everything I could about addiction and this disease! I also hit the streets and got street smart to learn everything I could! I never ever gave up on my son and vowed to NEVER EVER have another mother go through the pain of searching for help or answers for their child. It was not an epidemic when my son and I were searching for answers and help, but it certainly is NOW. We will help you fight for your loved one and link them to the help they need. If they want help we will find a way. FHF truly cares. Call 419-971-KICK for HELP.

Much Love, Lesha Marie Cuttaia aka Mama Dukes

Hey guys! My name is Frankie and I am the CEO of FHF. I came to Florida in November of 2012, and hated the world. I didn't trust anybody and couldn't be trusted. I was a total mess! I overdosed four times in a month before I was ready to become willing for treatment. My addiction took me to places I wouldn't wish on my worst enemies, but I was willing to try something else, better than dirty needles, bleach, abandoned buildings, and jail. I got active in a twelve step program and started working with other addicts. One of my best friends recently got five years and his coin says that no addict seeking help shall die. I too live by that motto. I started this foundation with my mother to help raise awareness for addicts and offer hope and inspiration. Our goal is to have a treatment center for everyone regardless of insurance or financial status. We want to save lives and end this epidemic.

If nobody told you they love you, I do. One love, Frankie
