Jessica Ford, MA, M.S.W., LCSW
Jessica Ford is a licensed clinical social worker and AASECT certified sex therapist with a private practice in Oak Creek, WI where she provides relationship psychotherapy to individuals and couples who experience challenges in their relationships and issues with sexual dysfunctions. She holds a Master’s degree in cultural anthropology from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, a Master’s degree in clinical social work, family systems from the University of Chicago – School of Social Administration (SSA).
Her extensive post-graduate training in sex therapy and marriage/family therapy includes work with master couples and sex therapists, Esther Perel, Dr. Sue Johnson, Terry Real, and Dr. Gina Ogden. She completed the required teacher training with Jon Kabat-Zinn and the Oasis/University of Massachusetts Medical School for Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
Her professional certifications and memberships include American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors and Therapist (AASECT), Society of Sex Therapist and Researcher (SSTAR), International Society of Sex Medicine (ISSM) and the National Association of Social Workers (NASW). She was awarded Who’s Who in American for Mental Health 2009.
After living and working in Ontario Canada for 15 years she returned to Wisconsin in 2015. She is the proud mother of two grown children, five grandchildren and a great granddaughter. In her spare time she loves to sail on Lake Michigan and garden.
