Lori Wetzel is President of The Wetzel Group, Inc. in Chicago, Illinois. Lori is an accomplished and professional real estate investor, mentor, coach, trainer and speaker. Her first real estate deal received a net profit of over $80,000 and subsequent deals have been profitable based upon the real estate education utilized in her deals. Lori’s real estate experience includes leveraging multiple strategies through partnerships and community efforts with execution of short and long term real estate transactions.

Ms. Wetzel is an International Certified Coach for John C. Maxwell with the ability to speak and train using Maxwell curriculum and books. Lori has several years of progressive management experience in overseeing operations and defining key strategies for corporate profitability and development. Ms. Wetzel received her MBA degree from the University of Illinois @ Urbana-Champaign and is soon to be a published author along with other top investors in 2016. Lori, along with her husband Perran, are also Founders Advisory Board Members for Renatus, LLC, an education company for real estate investors.
