We talk about raising kids and bringing them to the greatness they are today. We talk about motherhood, women in leadership and so much more. We bring tough talking issues to the table, we spread our crazy senses of humor around and overall, we make the show fun, informative, touching and down to earth.
Audrey Garrett and Geraci Mack
Born and raised in Newport News, Virginia, Audrey Garrett’s thirst for victory led her to the track field of her alma mater, Denbigh High School where she competed in track and field and basketball. As an all-around athlete she competed in five track and field events, setting records in the long jump and hurdles. Her stellar performances also netted her an athletic scholarship at Hampton Institute (now University) where she continued to exceed personal bests by setting additional records. She lettered there as an All-American athlete in the long jump and hurdles.
During her career, Audrey has been a successful manager and executive in technology and marketing. She currently holds the position as Director of Marketing and Public Relations at 15Flash Marketing and Management. She has developed a platform to discuss topics that impact her community and she is actively working to further the discussion about women in leadership, female authenticity and all aspects of social justice and social change. Audrey is determined to let her voice be heard and to shine a light of the disparities women face in their climb towards success. She is the mother of three children, all renowned sports figures who have excelled just as Audrey has.
Everyone who knows Geraci Mack knows that her love for her family, seasoned by her love for God, saturates the core of her foundation. This solid foundation was established by her grandmother, where she learned the value of unity and family support. These values drove her to raise her sons as unconquerable gladiators. Daylon and Keylon Mack have repeatedly proven their tenacity for winning, an unwillingness to give up and their refusal to accept defeat. Geraci was a stellar athlete who earned a scholarship to Ranger Junior College in Texas and later another scholarship to East Texas State University where she earned an undergraduate degree in social work. Continuing her education, Geraci earned her Master of Science Degree from Capella University in Healthcare Administration. Her positions with the Department of State Health Services as a Compliance Officer for Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Investigations and her experiences as a pre-trial probation officer and counseling of clients and families led her to found KCAM Consulting, an outpatient drug and alcohol program. She finds greatness in being a crisis first responder. She continues pouring greatness into children during her regular presentations about bullying and the dangers of vaping and suicide, as well as counseling troubled students through crisis situations. When engaging with people, Geraci lets them know, “some days are harder than others, but even when it doesn’t look good it works out for the good.”
