With everyone being inter-connected using a multitude of social media platforms, it is critically important to utilize them in the most effective ways. This is especially true when looking for a new and/or better job. Our guest, Chaim Shapiro is a leader in organizational administration and LinkedIn. As an experienced leader, he will help us better understand what employers are specifically looking for in a candidate and what they are looking for on a LinkedIn profile. Chaim will also help us better understand how to use many of the dynamic LinkedIn features to better highlight the inner leader that every employer is looking for.

Leadership Takeoff is about developing better personal and professional leadership. Since it stands to reason that we can’t be better organizational leaders unless we can best lead ourselves, we will always be looking to provide strategies, tactics and tools to better our own personal leadership. We will also explore better ways to be more effective as a business team member, managers and executives.

Moe holds a Bachelor of Arts BA in History from Northeastern Illinois University, a Masters of Business Administration MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management Lake Forest, IL, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Villanova University Philadelphia, PA and is a professional general aviation pilot.
Moe has served in a number of senior management and consulting roles for multi-national, multi-billion dollar enterprises as well as mid-range and entrepreneurial ventures. Moe continues to lead and transform management and corporate cultural functions through his innovation initiatives. These initiatives have resulted in multi-million dollar cost reductions, creating and building of profit centers and the start of corporate creativity workshops.
