I have long espoused that we do not use enough measurement around people practices and decisions and that we operate way too much from the gut - hiring and promoting “mini-mes.”
My guest today is the world-wide father of human capital strategic analysis and measurement relative to people. Dr. Jac Fitz-enz is the leading expert on human capital and helped forge the way for better data driven decision making about human capital issues.
