Our guests are John Nyemchek, a nationally recognized ballroom dance champion, judge and teacher and Dan Layne a teacher, balance/mobility specialist and black belt in karate. Each coming from their own passions and years of training, they introduce people to their areas of expertise in later years of life and discuss the value they see it provides from physical, emotional and psychological points of view.
